We’re celebrating our entry into the barista community with a truly extraordinary pre‑launch activation: a chance to bring home an Italian dream machine. We’re giving away the iconic La Marzocco Linea Mini and Linea Micra to two lucky customers. It’s our way of saying thank you to the community and sharing what we value: craft, ritual and a passion for excellence.

Participation in the giveaway is granted with the purchase of any NYTE product during the pre-sale period. Each item purchased grants one ticket. Our entire Nocturnal collection contains 5 items. The purchase of the entire collection grants two additional tickets in addition to 5 tickets, i.e. a total of 7 tickets. Items can also be purchased multiple times, with each individual item still granting one ticket.

Campaign period

The pre-sale starts on November 15, 2025 and ends at the end of December 24, 2025.

Who can participate?

Participation is free of charge and allowed for any natural person. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the European Union. An e-mail address must be provided at checkout to receive information about the giveaway and our products. Participation requires truthful data and confirmation of the e-mail address (double opt-in). Sweepstakes clubs and automated services are not eligible.

Winner determination

Winners are determined by our team in a random lottery.

Notification of winners

Winners will be announced by their first names in our Instagram stories and contacted via private e-mail.

Receiving your prize

Winners must confirm their order data for prize delivery. Participants are responsible for the correctness of contact details.

If the winner does not respond

If a winner does not contact us within two days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. The same applies if incorrect contact details prevent prize delivery.

Proviso

We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice, for reasons of force majeure, technical issues, or legal reasons. Prizes may be replaced by items of equal value if necessary.

Your safety and satisfaction are our focus. Other

Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Prizes cannot be transferred. Legal recourse is excluded. Invalid provisions will be replaced by appropriate alternatives. NYTE Europe GmbH reserves the right to change terms at any time. Giveaway governed by German law; place of fulfillment is Germany. Prizes can be shipped anywhere within the EU at the winner’s request.
